Peter Bang and Svend Olufsen began a modest production of radios in 1925. Working in the attic of the Olufsen manor house in northwest Denmark, their dream was to create a brand built on innovation, quality, design, and performance. More than 95 years later, our products are still at the heart of our brand. Bang & Olufsen Brand Stores Ideal for major cities and key retail destinations, the Bang & Olufsen Brand stores offer the full product portfolio. And with our new Sensory store concept, customers can immerse themselves in the full brand experience.

Initial investment: €225,000 to €375,000

Shop-in-Shop Shop-in-Shops are best suited to locations within retail spaces with complementary product offerings, such as kitchen or furniture showrooms, or within larger format AV stores selling a broad range of audio and visual products.

Receive training and support

To support our network of retail partners, we take a very measured and targeted approach. All new partners receive a comprehensive induction programme designed to prepare the business owner and sales team for success. You’ll be assigned a dedicated Bang & Olufsen point of contact to offer professional support on business advice and analysis, staff coaching and development, marketing, and general sales support. The Global Support Team in Denmark also provides technical, sales, and account support. As a retail partner, you can call on these support teams any time. We’re here to help with everything from day-to-day business inquiries to national marketing campaigns.

    Sub-distributors help our larger distribution partners execute in local markets. Sub-distributors are sourcing Bang & Olufsen products from other authorised distribution partners in our network and ensure they reach the Bang & Olufsen authorised retailers.
